I don't understand why people pretend they're not aware:

1. globally, women are excluded from leadership even when they're qualified. that is largely due to societal patriarchal conditioning

2. if a woman is pretty enough & sleeps with the right person, she may (not shall) be included in leadership positions where she can influence. this is fine imo. However, in this position, influencing leadership SHALL only work as long as she remains subservient or submissive

3. if a woman looks like the rest of us, normal levels of beauty, & IS qualified, she MAY get a leadership position by recruitment, election or appointment. a woman in this position still has to play within societal patriarchal boundaries to gain respect & keep her position

4. An unmarried woman in leadership SHALL be disrespected daily. if she can't handle it, she will leave the leadership position by her own will or by ridiculous manoeuvring orchestrated by her peers. if she stays, she has to display masculine qualities to keep her position

5. a married woman in a leadership position SHALL be respected as an extension of respect for her husband. Still, she has to be brilliant at her work & brilliant at playing within patriarchal boundaries in order to keep her job & some respect for herself & her family

WHY do otherwise intelligent people pretend they don't know this about women in leadership?
