ZX character detail thread bc I’ve lost sanity. Be warned it won’t be everything so let me know on things on missed. I also won’t be covering minor characters aka npcs. Lets begin.

Pandora is one of the few Reploid’s to not have her Red triangle showing in her original form, however, it the big red triangle seemingly appears on her mega man form, seeing it’s in the place where it should be.

If it wasn’t obvious by last tweet, Both Pandora and Prometheus’s mega man forms are heavily similar to their original forms, just with a handful of alterations. A fun one for Prometheus case is his blue strands are his hair. That’s right. He uses his hair to attack you.

Moving onto the protagonist
Grey and Ashe both share the red harness in their model A forms, however, Ashe’s lacks the plugs, since it was not used in her normal form like Grey.

Speaking of grey: the orange part of his chest is skin ;)

If that wasn’t weird enough: Ashe is not wearing any pants since the black parts of her body is her skin ;)

Also if anyone ask: Ashe does have rings so it is a legal thing. They are just covered her her jacket. (Same can be applied to giro)

Here’s a fun one even though it’s obvious: the reason why Model P mask is different on Siarnaq isn’t just because Model P here isn’t PX, it’s because Siarnaq mouth in his normal form is covered, causing his helmet to form like this.

Other cool and similar detail: Giro gets a visor from Model Z because he has glasses. As for whatever or not Model Z actually gives the user a helmet is up for debate, but I doubt it gives them blonde hair like ZX.

Other thing related to Model Z. Him and Model X in the first game are the only biometals to NOT have the users jackets open up. As seen with Model ZX and the other X forms, the jackets open up.

However this isn’t because of Model X. Using vent and atlas as examples, you can see the guardian biometals just open up the jackets of their chosen ones. However, you’ll notice Model X at least effects the helmets of the biometals it double merges with.

It is stated that humans and Reploid’s can actually change their colors of their artificial skin to not be just black, and we see a minor example of that with Aeolus. However, the skin goes away in his biometal form.

Thetis is wearing a jacket that all the other evil mega man have but it is covered by his goat and you can only really see it in his biometal form.

Last one for now until I realize something about the villains even tho it’s not a literal design detail, I feel this is worth mentioning: The doll prairie has is the same one she had back in Zero series. However, it’s alive. You can see cyber elf wings on it.
