Goal #1 - Terawatt-hour Scale Battery Production (Terawatt is 1000x a Gigawatt) - @tesla will refer to this in future but needs 1600x growth!
Problem: Battery factories cannot scale fast enough & cost too much. Need 135 factories to generate 20 Terrawatts p/a.
