So, the people in charge decide to block the only highway exit/intersection to the alternate route with massive construction equipment. Because it's never so bad, morons can't make it worse

I think the entire state of Missouri is here. Thing is, we got enough toothless goobers who live here already. Go the fuck home and quit clogging up the streets.
