Last week, city officials formally asked companies to bid to create "an interactive cloud-based dashboard that enables viewers to visualize and understand NPD& #39;s use of force.
The winning company would also have to analyze the police department& #39;s uses of force, contextualize that data with things like arrest rates and demographics, and then write a report suggesting better use of force training and other "areas of improvement."
