Our ancestors use to eat a lot of pulses.

Each one of the pulses mentioned in the pic are rich in protein, fibre, minerals.

They are also low in fat.

Which makes them a go to source for protein.
Apart from imparting unique taste to food, spices have medicinal properties.

Turmeric, Saffron, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, all have medicinal uses.

Our ancestors built Bharat into a Golden Bird through spice trade only.

Some of these are considered quantum medicines.
Garlic and Onion were consumed by every household.

They are allium vegetables.

Biggest benefit of consuming onion and garlic is that they boost testosterone.

Be careful of GMO seeds, they harm.

While desi onions (small size) are the best source to increase your T levels.
Bottle Gourds, Ridged Gourd, Cucumber, Watermelon, Pumpkin, Karela, they all contain essential building blocks for body.
