I was amazed what it did for me!

Bringing you clarity everyday 🧠

An amazing addition to any morning routine.

Your mind will wander at first, but stick with it!

Consistency is key🔑
3. NoFap ❌

This is a major one

Many of the tribe are not aware of this one!

After sticking with it for awhile now

This has brought increased:

- Testosterone 💪
- Confidence
- Attention 👀
- Discipline
- Energy
- Game

Too many to list.

Cut it and stick to sex.

4. Reading 📖

Many people disregards books

They're only for nerds right?

Wrong! They're for the wise 🧠

Truly realising the power of books! 📚

Learning from masters in:

- Finance 💰
- Health ❤
- Business
- Relationships

Only a fool would bat an eye-lid at such a resource
5. Investing in yourself ♻

This was never done.

After my first Gumroad course

I realised the importance 🧠

I've now spent over £100 resources.

This can be:

- Courses 📖
- Books 📚
- Mentors 🗣
- Health ❤

Raising the value of yourself

Is guaranteed to pay dividends 📈
6. Black Coffee

This has been done before 📅

A staple if you're trying to lose weight!

Cutting out both the:

- Dairy
- Sugar

The taste will be horrible at first

BUT

Once you're used to it, you'll like it! ☕

You can even add:

- Honey
- Cinnamon
