FACT: SIWON CHOI IS A POINTED UNICEF GOODWILL AMBASSADOR FOR EAST ASIAN AND PACIFIC REGION.

Let's break down from WHAT IS UNICEF?
UNICEF is a UN specialist agent that work in children's right (picture below taken from UNICEF web) #IgasIR101

So UNICEF is working in 190 countries which are the country that is a state member of UN. (Like it or love it, one of them is Israel) #IgasIR101

Why UNICEF has to point a Goodwill Ambassador?
Because it needs a person who has a big influence to promote their goals to civilians and make it familiar so the "work" of UNICEF will be easier. #IgasIR101

WHY GOODWILL AMBASSADOR IS NEEDED?

After chosen as a Goodwill Ambassador, automatically Siwon is a representative and ambassador of UNICEF (especially in East Asia and Pacific Regional). #IgasIR101

SO HERE COME THE CASE #IgasIR101

Israel invites Siwon (as a UNICEF representation of course there's no way as an idol. The idol title only effective for the domestic issue), Siwon cannot refuse the invitation because...

1. Siwon the representative of UNICEF.
2. If Siwon refuses = UNICEF refuses its member state.
3. That act ruining UNICEF diplomacy with its member state and ruining UNICEF's work in Israel. #IgasIR101

BUT ISRAEL IS CRUEL COUNTRY!

Well, that's the government's behavior toward Palestine. No, I also don't agree with that behaviour but still, Israel has its right on the UN because Israel is a state member of UN. #IgasIR101

UN also doesn't agree with Israel's goverment behavior, but the UN (through its agency, UNICEF) still have to do the work. Remember that UNICEF works related CHILD PROTECTION & INCLUSION. Even children in Israel has possibility to lose their right to be protected #IgasIR101

SO WHAT SIWON DOES THAT HE WORKS FOR UNICEF TO MAKE SURE THE CHILDREN IN ISRAEL IS PROTECTED AND HAVE AN INCLUSION ENVIRONMENT. #IgasIR101

So, please support Siwon, he does a great work :)
