The Pomodoro Technique was created by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s
He used a tomato shaped kitchen timer while he was in college to increase his productivity.
The Italian word for tomato is pomodoro which is how this technique was named

There are many variations to this technique but I suggest starting with this one and adding more time as your productivity improves
You can also use this technique to identify times where you are most productive
Use those times to take advantage!
