Intake

I try to keep my calorie intake at 500cal or lower (though tbh I normally don't)
If I eat more than 700 cal then I do a "punishment" like fasting for the next 24hrs

The punishment is:
Reduce caloric limit by 50 calories (so 700 cal goes down to 650 every day until I hit a gw)
48hr punishment
Fast the whole time (water only)
2hr exercise or at least 2000 jumps each day
5am wake up each morning
Cold shower every day

200-500 jumps at least 5/7 days (jump rope or star-jumps)
I do a thigh workout as often as possible ()
I'm pretty active anyway but I like having goals to achieve so I do enough each day

I made my own subliminal playlist I try to listen to as long as possible every day. Try it out, it really works!
