These are positive adjustments, but this is not reform. Self ID *needs* to be in place for people in the UK, there is not reason not to have Self ID in place and that& #39;s blatantly obvious from the other places in the world where it& #39;s possible.

These adjustments to the GRA are a positive, that& #39;s a given, but they are tiny adjustments compared to what still needs to happen.
