a) the un isn't an award show. they aren't obligated to give other artists a chance.
b) the girls don't donate to charities or actively fight for women's rights. they aren't promoting girl power.

being popular and doing your best doesn't cut it for the UN. bp working together isn't female empowerment. if i work with other girls for a school project, does it automatically make it feminism? thats a spit in the face to girls actually promoting female empowerment.
