so imo everything was pretty smooth sailing until 2012. now here's what i'd change. TTS: scrap tts and debut ttj instead, now no, i don't hate seohyun. but jessica would be an overall a better fit for tiffany and taeyeon, making ttj the vocal subunit.

give ttj the proper promotions until 2014, then debut another subunit called SSS, consisting of seohyun, sunny, sooyoung. give SSS proper promotions until 2016.

Debut YYH the last sub unit, give YYH proper promotions until Oh! GG debuts.

now moving back to the mess that was 2014. i would make catch me if you can the main comeback of 2014 (means that it would have a bigger budget etc.) with mr mr being the second comeback. now any sane person wouldn't kick out jessica.

so plan number 2: let jessica stay until she wants to leave. probably after lion heart/party/you think. after jessica leaves avoid giving most of jessica's lines to tiffany to stop the hate train on tiffany. after tiffany, sooyoung, and seohyun leave, debut Oh! GG

give Oh GG! proper promotions until 2020, in 2020 contact the members for a reunion single. if everyone isn't available, move plans to 2021.
