Irony is that there is no way that I can reset my internet/phone banking details because of “security”. I think deactivating numbers in this time of global pandemic is unnecessary trouble, which might make people more vulnerable to go out and get Covid.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please charge any amount you want for the inactivity, but please enable things so that I #StaySafe #StayHome ... I really want to avoid going out for reactivating sim... Why are these services not possible online? #ditchairtel @airtelnews
