Guidelines for writing a great university personal statement:
Intro: talk about who you are and what you are interested in. Give them a glimpse of your interests;

Paragraph 1: talk about the courses you are currently studying and why you like them. Also end with something about studying a course at university one day so that it leads to the next paragraph;
Paragraph 2: talk about the course you want to study at university and why you want to study at that university i.e. lecturers, best uni for course, facilities etc
Paragraph 3: talk about your future aspirations after studying at university i.e. who do you want to work for, sector you want to go into, or maybe you want to get a masters?
Last paragraph: bring it all in and summarise everything you have written about. Mainly how passionate you are about the course, the uni, and your future.
You can probably dedicate paragraph 2 to talk just about how passionate you are about the course you want to study;
And dedicate paragraph 3 to the uni and why you want to study there;
Like I said look at lots of great examples and a few bad ones.
