I generally really like my Alienware laptop but if I shut the lid, ~60% of the time it goes to sleep and then "wakes back up" - the rear lights kick on and it gets really hot. Twice now I've opened it to find the power light already on but the screen is black and it won't turn on

That's where I'm at with it now, the lovely rainbow keyboard is glowing away and the power light is on but nothing I do will wake it up. I can't remember how I fixed it last time - maybe just mashing down the power button for a really long time?

Anyway if anyone's had this problem lmk if I can preempt it by changing some setting or something. It's not a problem I've had with any laptop and this is definitely the most I've ever spent on one, and I've only had it a handful of months so it's kind of annoying

Like it's p cool and literally renders videos at like twice the speed of my big gaming PC that's only a year its senior but I feel like "doesn't always turn on" is one of those one-out-of-five-star qualities a device can have & idk, @Alienware address that if you make more compys
