TODAY: @kyle_echarri talks more about his latest @Starpopph single "I'm Serious," which he wrote and produced.

. @kyle_echarri on his upcoming album: This album is really different. So I hope makuha ng mga tao 'yung album. I just hope they see who the real Kyle Echarri is through this album.

. @kyle_echarri on who helped him produce "I'm Serious": I had the help of Kuya Theo, tapos si [Star POP head] Rox Santos, siya po talaga nag-polish ng lahat. Syempre bago pa lang po ako so I needed help in producing, para makuha rin kung ano 'yung nasa isip ko talaga.

. @kyle_echarri on who he dedicates the song to: Sinulat ko po ito para sa mga tumatawag sa akin na "chickboy," and quarantine po 'yun so I wasn't able to defend myself besides Twitter. So sabi ko, sulat na lang ako, tapos labas ko.

. @kyle_echarri on how he manages to connect with his fans during quarantine: Sobrang importante po na laging kumo-connect sa fans, sa sumusuporta sa amin. So I always do these online fan meets kasi gusto ko connected sa fans, kasi I always say kung wala po sila, wala rin po ako.

. @kyle_echarri on whether he considers being called "chickboy" a compliment: No, because for me being "chickboy" is being a player. I don't think it's good, so for me those people are really insecure about themselves. So dapat po stick to one tayong lahat.

. @kyle_echarri shares he was on quarantine in Cebu for five months: Nagustuhan ko po kasi parang naging reset namin 'yung quarantine ng family ko. Sobrang happy ako na I spent time with them.

. @kyle_echarri on writing a love song to address bashers: Kasi for me, the best thing to do now is just spread positivity and love to one another. Nung negative 'yung binigay sa'kin I guess I translated it into something positive. I just really wanted to spread love to everyone.

. @kyle_echarri teases big collaborations in his upcoming album: I have collaborations with other artists na sobrang hindi ko inakala na mangyayari pero sobrang excited ako ilabas 'yun.

. @kyle_echarri on #KadenangGinto replays: I'm able to watch as much as I can. The Gold Squad fans, they've always been there for us, but I'm happy with the feedback of replays sobrang nagustuhan ng mga tao. #KadenangGinto changed my life so I'll always be thankful for that.

. @kyle_echarri on how Francine shows him support: I told her about some songs, this song, so she was one of the first people to congratulate me. I also told her about my song with her best friend, so she's been supporting me naman ever since.

. @kyle_echarri says he and Francine constantly check up on each other: Importante po 'yun, a lot of people go into depression during this time, so it's very important to check up on people.

. @kyle_echarri on growing up in front of the camera: It's been my dream ever since I was a kid na maging singer and actor. I'm honestly blessed that I was able to join the industry at a young age, and it's honestly a blessing that I'm still here. I matured fast in the industry.

. @kyle_echarri on how he acts when in a relationship: Whenever I'm in a relationship, I always make sure that I make her feel loved, I make sure na siya lang nag-iisa sa mundo ko. I'm very overprotective, so nagiging problema ko rin minsan but I'm working it.

. @kyle_echarri teases follow-up projects after #KadenangGinto: We had meetings po, so I'm very excited sa mga sinabi nila pero I can't say anything yet. Abangan niyo po, marami pong mangyayari.

. @kyle_echarri on what his definition of love is: Love is needed in times like this to keep you sane, to keep you who you are. Hindi naman kailangan may jowa ka, pero kailangan mo ng pagmamahal mula sa ibang tao.

. @kyle_echarri on qualities he's looking for in a girl: Nung sinulat ko 'yun [I'm Serious], I wasn't really thinking of a person. But as a person, I look for someone easygoing, easy to talk to, 'yung personality niya swak sa'kin.

. @kyle_echarri on singing or writing regional songs: I'd love to do that, I'd love to write a Bisaya song, although I'm not really good at deep Bisaya. But if there's any producers looking for a singer for a Bisaya song, tawagan niyo lang po ako.

. @kyle_echarri admits talking to Francine about being in a loveteam: I told her, we're already friends, gusto ko na same tayo ng page. I'll always be here for you and sana nandyan ka rin para sa'kin. If magkakaroon man ng feelings, we have to make sure to keep being professional.

. @kyle_echarri on his mentors: Tito Gary, Tito Martin, Kuya Bugoy Drilon when we did 'I Love OPM', Kuya Jay-R who has been helping me in this album. Of course Ate Sarah G, she has mentored me throughout my whole career. She's always been telling me to keep my feet on the ground.

. @kyle_echarri: The music that I've been releasing, I love it pero it wasn't coming from my heart. So gusto ko talaga iparamdam sa tao sino si Kyle, so ang ginawa ko sinulat ko lahat ng kanta ng nasa album.

. @kyle_echarri on where he gets inspiration in writing songs: I'm only seventeen so I haven't gone through most hardships in life, pero I wrote a lot of songs na personal, na galing sa puso ko, na nangyari sa akin. I also wrote about songs that could happen.

. @kyle_echarri on his songwriting process: Minsan inuuna ko po 'yung chorus, first I have to make the beat, I sing over it, tapos sulat ko po. I listen to it, kung hindi ko gusto, iba ulit. A lot of my songs took months, one song took a year and a half. It's all very mixed.
