#RejectFarmBill2020
Govt's motive is to privatize Agri sector making farmer bankrupt, with no choice but to sell land. Farmers are already committing suicide due to debts & govt has eased it by this mass murder plan. Ppl are deceived & democracy is bulldozed with ruthlessness 1/N
Private players will do further damage to agri products & it's prices. Govt should at least test try any reforms at smaller levels before implementing. Give the price, the farmers asks, if you want their products. Who are pvt players & govt to fix price for their products? 2/N
Did govt allot dedicated Warehouses for collecting all farm product at pre prescribed rates? Has govt introduced any methods, so that farmers receive update & requirement details? What's the payment method & When will the farmer gets paid? Any processing units allocated? 3/N
It is clearly evident who is getting benefitted with this bill. Farmers are not begging, they are asking their rights. The Whole nation will have to starve & die if the farmers doesnt bend down & work on their field. Why the control then going to the hands of private players? 4/N
Centre thinks this is a very good bill. Farmers can directly negotiate with ambani/adani & get a very good price for their products. What an excellent idea? Govt is thinking that we are all fools & our Minister's are the most intelligent people to have ever born in this world 5/N
How will a direct small land holding farmer compete against big retail giants?MSP benefits 6% big farmers. We Indians, fought against British who ruled us for yrs, what's wrong with us now for surrendering farmers & Agri to these pvt players? Are we really the same Indians? 6/N
If cereals & pulses are removed from essential commodities, then how can the bill be beneficial to the farmers? Ultimately the agriculture sector & farmers will fall in the hands of Corporates and yet claimed to be a supportive bill for farmers. Hypocrisy ko bhi hadd hoti hai 7/N
Ppl opposed GST & Demonetization, govt was stubborn & implemented. Now 1.75 crores small/micro Industries are on the verge of closure. 22 million salaried, lost jobs.Economy growth minus 29%. If farming can be Privatized, Transport,Health and education will also fall in line. 8/N
Ppl who r aware of Reliance Fresh operation & market capturing agendas will understand where this farm bill will land farmers. They buy vegetables for ₹ 20 from farmers, sell for ₹50.Why to stand in long queue, vote for such govt, instead appoint adani & ambani to rule directly?9/N
Why so much hurry to pass the bill when farmers are protesting? Big gaints are likely to get more benefited from this bill. Why to close many cooperative stores and give way to Corporate? What is the need? Are India and Indians for sale? Are we still a democratic country? 10/N
Loans to industrialists are commissionable like travel agents getting commissions on sold ticket. Business magnets can get huge loans (₹10000 crores) and fly away but farmer commits suicide for ₹5000 loan. This is not democracy but autocracy & Farm bill is the best example 11/N
Agri sector is partially privatized in Europe & US, but there farmers fix the price of their products and are paid high. Is there any guarantee from the govt that, Indian farmers can fix the MSP? This bill is not only a damage to farmers but also to the consumer's wallet. 12/N
When prices at Mandis are going down, why not make laws in states to atleast guarantee cost price to farmers? Why schemes to keep farmers always poor and exploited? The results of many schemes by the govt were negative. Did the govt learn any lessons from such failures? 13/N
Removing middlemen from business is appreciable. But only way to strengthen farmers are to open more cooperative stores similar to AMUL, sell products directly to consumers, give profits to farmers. When amul can succeed why can't govt replicate it for other products as well 14/N
India is self sufficient in food and Milk. Instead of giving permission to corporate farming, why not permit Co-operative society in farm sector that too by existing farmers so that the land will be held by them which will be of a great success like Milk Revolution (AMUL) 15/N
