@anjakovacs of @iNetDemocracy says young girls from marginalised communities are at a real risk of not getting access to devices to access online learning or classes because they& #39;re at the bottom of the pyramid for digital access.
"Phone use can lead to domestic violence." Sexual minorities & women may be at an added risk due to shared phones in families and their calls of messages leaving a trace that their family might inflict violence on them for. @anjakovacs @iNetDemocracy
