Given that we aren’t going to abolish the Senate...probably ever...it feels like the best investment wealthy liberals and the companies they run would be to be move a few hundred thousand people into Wyoming, Montana, Utah, and Idaho.
I mean, Trump beat Clinton by about 150,000 in Wyoming and 100,000 in Montana.

Creating opportunities for 300,000 professionals in these states should be totally doable.
Also, land is cheap out West. You can buy 6,000 acres for $11 million outside Laramie, Wyoming, which is just a 2 hour drive from Denver (only a little further than NY to Philly).

Someone needs to endow a big lab of some kind at University of Wyoming. Seems like an easy start.
I know this sounds like a craaaaaazy liberal pipe dream. But, like, this is partly what's been happening gradually in North Carolina, Virginia, Arizona, Texas, etc. I'm just saying the process could be accelerated with a little central planning.
(Oh, and obviously Colorado)
