So what he calls the murjia and ahlussunnah in his comparision is simply two types of murjia, as for ahlussunnah, they will label this shirki act as kufr and label the doer (omar sulayman in this case) to be a murtadd kafir.

Although his kufr was clear years before this.

committing a major sin makes u fasiq & committing major kufr makes u...also only fasiq.

While the truth is:

committing major sin (w/o tawba) makes one fasiq, & committing major kufr makes one a kafir. (For one who is sane, baligh & not under ikrah.)
