tachihara feels torn about whether he belongs in the hunting dogs or the port mafia, but honestly, the black lizard is definitely tachihara’s true family.

gin and hirotsu definitely are close to tachihara, defining their relationship as family.

tachihara tried his best to not severely injure gin and hirotsu when he revealed himself as the fifth hunting dogs member, and that’s because he cares about them.

he even lied to the hunting dogs about “assassinating” gin and hirotsu.

honestly, they’re a big family that has each other’s back.

i’m scared for what might happen if tachihara’s true identity is revealed to the black lizard (and the entirety of the pm), but i feel like gin and hirotsu would try to understand his motives.

i would also want to add that gin and hirotsu knocked some common sense into tachihara, causing tachihara to fully realize that the agency aren’t the criminals.

tachihara isn’t completely a part of the police + government because he‘s in the mafia, so gin and hirotsu telling tachihara that the ada is innocent was just a push for realization.

now, we patiently wait for tachihara to figure out how to prove the ada is innocent.

the black lizard being a huge impact on tachihara’s life as a mafioso and his line of reasoning can make tachihara shape the fate of the agency.

just knowing that it’s impossible for the ada to be the criminals is a HUGE plot point, so we have to thank gin and hirotsu for that!
