He processes visual light to the degree where he can see where light has been and where it will be. A cross the whole spectrum.. basically precognition that should allow him way more W’s than he has. I feel like this is one of the most underlooked basic abilities he has.
Part 2 to that is seeing where light has been. Detective style stories should always be fun with Signal as he gets a full picture. As long as light was there, he will be his own hidden camera.

Dude can literally hide within light. Like. Really guys. Basically how Miles Morales can go stealth on his enemies and go ham? Yeah. Add Duke to that list.
As of Batman and The Outsiders is ability to manipulate Darkness was unlocked. Not much was expanded on with this yet, but engulfing someone in total darkness is the most I gathered from it.
Also as of the Outsiders, he FREQUENTLY trains with Cassandra Cain in combat. Going back to that precognition ability, he shouldn’t be taking Ls the way he has been and is definitely the most overlooked BatFam member with the Most Potential. He also has immortals blood. C’mon DC.
Just remembered. Duke also has the ability to use another persons lantern Ring. Hal Jordan’s no less. So the type of light is no restriction on him. This also means he has a shit Ton of Will power
