President Trump’s move to push through a Supreme Court nominee is rightfully drawing attention to the Trump admin’s ongoing attempt to overturn the Affordable Care Act through the courts.

We can’t predict exactly how the Court will rule. But we do know what the Trump administration’s position is – which would result in all of these consequences and more – and every reason to think a Trump appointment to the Court would make them more likely /end
