Cut caffeine by 4:00 PM
Those 9-5 grinders love coffee
or some type of caffeine
Caffeine can keep us focused in the late afternoon but can stay in your system for up to 6 hours!
Cut the caffeine and fall asleep more quickly!

Instead of caffeine or alcohol, drink water 
Dehydration can make you sluggish so make sure you are staying hydrated throughout the evening!

Make sure to not over eat or eat heavy foods!
These can cause indigestion and discomfort around bedtime.

Get your gym clothes and work outfit ready
Set your goals for tomorrow

Finally, make sure to go to bed at the same time every night!
You want between 7-8 hours so if you wake up at 5 am make sure you're going to bed between 9-10 PM!
