"SCOTUS is just about who has raw political power, AND SO THE DEMS SHOULD RAM THROUGH WHOEVER THEY WANT WHEN THEY HAVE SAID POLITICAL POWER."

The argument AGAINST Court expansion has always been "The Supreme Court should not be the function of raw majoritarian rule."

IF THAT'S NOT THE CASE ANYMORE, FINE. I LOVE IT. Because the MAJORITY of Americans agree with me and I am HAPPY to show Republicans what that feels like.

As I said on @kai_wright last night, expanding the number of justices is actually the EASIEST thing to do, constitutionally speaking. It is in fact the constitutional SOLUTION to a Supreme Court that is no longer reflective of America.
