this is another form of restriction that is really helpful for ppl who struggle with binge eating! its a pattern that will keep your body confused about the amount of calories consumed, and so far has helped me shatter my plateaus within two days, and keep me from feeling (1/2)
sick/tired all the time. constantly low restricting as an extremely busy and active person has made me feel very weak in the past and would hardly yield results, which was super discouraging.
𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞—(keep in mind, you dont have to follow the pattern to a tea, if you arent comfortable with going as low in terms of calories, you can exercise that day while high restricting)

while keeping this pattern i recommend doing some sort of activity on the days you're high restricting!
i also highly recommend doing a cleanse before, or during this cycle. the one i used and found most effective was called MAGO7. its an oxygen cleanse which causes a stool softening effect and gets rid of unwanted debris (basically poop) in your body. (1/2)
i felt super energized while doing the cleanse and motivated to keep going even after having binged constantly days before trying this new eating pattern! (2/2)
while doing restrictive diets such as these i noticed my hunger was never satiated and it'd result in binging. i recommend doing omad during this period if you dont already, and avoid snacking on simple carbs (empty calories... (1/2)
you need to nourish your body as much as possible when you can!) (2/2)
i recommend stocking up on foods like eggs, low calorie but filling soups, berries and other low calorie fruits, and maybe one or two of your favorite safe foods to keep you going during the week. i also challenge whoever follows this schedule to avoid your scale (1/2)
as much as possible! this helped keep me from binging and kept me excited to see bigger changes and less fluctuations in my weight! (2/2)
