worshipping ANYONE in politics is not a good idea. but if you think this woman, or anyone else nominated/supported by @BrandNew535, is in it for any reason besides representing the actual people they live amongst and care about, you need to educate yourself further

people really don’t know this woman’s story and they assume every single person in congress is a careless career politician in it for the money/fame/power. i encourage you to dive a little deeper and see how she got where she is. congress needs more people like her on BOTH sides

yo also i’m not endorsing her or supporting everything she believes in. i do agree with a majority of her platform, but that’s not the point of this thread. for me, it’s just a matter of replacing career politicians with genuine representatives of working class people :)
