1/ THREAD: The Republicans are almost always framing the argument. We shouldn't wait for them to do so. Dems need to go on the offensive. Crazy offensive, knock them back on their heels. Repeatedly — à la Sun Tzu.

2/ i.e., The 1974 OLC memo. This was an opinion. It was a *memo*. It is NOT law. Why wasn't this challenged so as to kick it up and get a SCOTUS ruling? It will be much more difficult now to get one in our favor.

3/ We should be able to indict a sitting 'anybody' — including the president. Any president.

4/ i.e., Why TH wasn't Chad Wolf indicted for ignoring his subpoena? This was (of course) under the guidance of Trump and Barr. This will only cause the Rs to break more laws, with more serious ramifications, and more frequently.

5/ When they break the law, hit them hard. As hard as is allowed. Push the effing envelope.

6/ i.e., Why TF hasn't Louis DeJoy been arrested? He's broken federal laws, yes — but he's also broken STATE LAWS — millions of times. Trump can't pardon him for these. Put the fucker in prison. Now.

7/ The Dems *must* present a United Front and be more aggressive than all the Rs. Way effing more aggressive. Hitler had only a 33-37% approval rating as he rose to power. Yet his opposition was fractured and didn't hit back hard. They rolled over. We. Cannot. Let. This. Repeat.

8/ What do we do *when* we win back the White House, The Senate, and build on our majority in the House?

9/ Immediately overturn every single executive order of Trump's — on the afternoon of 20 January 2021. Every. Single. One.

10/ We prosecute Trump and every member of his administration to the fullest extent of the law. We also allow them to be prosecuted in The Hague. We must clean up our own mess and show the rest of the world that we can do so.

11/ Don't stop with Puerto Rico and DC, let's also make Guam, American Samoa, and The US Virgin Islands States— the 51st, 52nd, 53rd, 54th, and the 55th States.

12/ Pack the effing SCOTUS. Bury the Rs, effing bury them. Then make a Constitutional Amendment requiring a 60% (or even 67%) vote in the Senate for any future SCOTUS judges.

13/ Remove Kavanaugh. Put him in prison. He's guilty of multiple perjuries. Investigate former Justice Kennedy. Climb up his arse with a spotlight. There's many a rotten criminal on this trail.

14/ Outlaw Lobbiests/Lobbying. This is a hotbed of corruption. From an objective POV, lobbying is insane.

15/ End Gerrymandering and the Electoral College — The US was never a democracy (we're a Republic) and both of these corruptions take us much further away from the people.

If the Electoral College didn't exist, only one member of SCOTUS would be a conservative judge.

16/ Massive campaign finance reform. End all Dark Money. If we did this right now, the Republican party would die in 24 hours.

17/ Everyone votes. Upon your 18th birthday, you're automatically registered. Voting should be required.

18/ Hand-marked paper ballots. Nothing online.

19/ Moon-shot/Manhattan Project level tackling of the Climate Crisis. This will end civilization as we know it if we don't take on this problem now. All countries on board. This is for all of humanity.
