Ran into this @LAPDHollywood cop again, doing what he does best: line -up black kids against wall & cuffing for trivial stuff.

Someone should cuff him for pulling women over, then illegally ordering women to drive dark streets on other side of neighborhood in prostitution hubs.

I can’t stress it enough, if you are a woman living in Hollywood, do not let him give you an illegal order to follow him (or have him direct you) to dark streets in construction zones.

He does it. I’ve taped him doing it.

When I came onto the scene he had young lady pulled-out and searching the woman’s car. Then told lady she had suspended license and she wasn’t allowed to operate car. Made her call to have someone pickup. Then....

He abruptly makes her get back in her car, and gave her instructions to drive someplace. He got in his police car, turned off his yellow lights and drove away.

But I and another chased him down....

We searched for this cop for 10-15 minutes before we found them 3/4 of a mile away on the darkest street in the creepy prostitution hub, parked in a tow away zone next to a construction site.

Why did this creep take her there?

Went back the next night to view the scene the cops took the young lady to. Who would EVER think it would be smart to make a woman follow cops here? Why?

I go to the station to ask a supervisor what women should do if an officer directs her to leave the scene they’re at, and follow him to 2nd scene.

This sergeant is clear: DONT GO!

I communicated my concerns with the captain at the @LAPDHollywood station, but he seems quite unconcerned at all. He said women could comply or could ask for supervisor.

(Advice: don’t comply)

Make no mistake: @LAPDHQ’s top concern is protecting their cops — not the citizens.
