In September of 2017 I was creatively dead had never finished a single project or followed through on any creative pursuits, EVER thankfully I joined Twitter earlier that year, so I was there to see #InternationalPodcastDay trending — & everything changed forever 1/5

Once I started making #FictionPodcasts, I never really stopped, but this thread isn’t about what I accomplished since, but about the incredible & crucial support y’all have always given me from the beginning

It is not #podcasts or #AudioDrama that saved me, it was you 2/5

I’m objectively very bad at a lot of things, like being present & available, being a consistent promoter of shows & my friends, speaking about how I feel & exposing myself in a vulnerable way to people, & on & on — but you’ve stuck by me anyway, always & with no judgement 3/5

You’re always there to encourage me, you’ve always been there to check on me, you’ve always been waiting to welcome me with a hug saying “it’s okay” & I can’t ever stress enough what that’s done for me creatively & maybe, probably inexorably, & more importantly, personally 4/5

I never want a year (or a day even if I can pull myself out of existential dread long enough to tweet) to go by without you knowing & feeling that, sincerely thanks for 3 years of #AudioDrama y’all 5/5
