The case for infanticide. Seriously. (1/8)
TL;DR some disabilities are severe enough, that if an infant is born with one and killing it would allow a new infant to be born in the future, and if the parents couldn’t find someone to adopt them it would be right to kill the disabled infant. (2/8)
This is definitely not true of all disabilities, but there are certainly many disabilities that significantly hinder a person’s ability to live a happy life. Examples include Spina bifida, Haemophilia, and Hydrocephalus. (3/8)
On average, we would expect a person without such a disability to have a more happy life than a person with such a disability. (4/8)
Based on this, I would say that if I had to pick between two people getting to live a life, I would pick the person without such a disability, as that would lead to greater well-being in the world. (5/8)
Now let’s look at cases where an infant is born with a disability. It is usually very expensive for parents to raise such a child, so it would impede their ability to raise more children. Even ignoring that, many parents have a set number of children they plan on having. (6/8)
In such cases, the disabled child would be raised at the cost of a non-disabled child. In such cases, the death of the disabled infant would most likely lead to the life of another infant that in all likelihood would live a happier life. (7/8)
In such cases, I believe that the most moral thing to do is to have the disabled infant killed, unless there is the opportunity for the baby to be adopted. (8/8)

(Once the baby is dead, I see no moral problem with eating, fucking, or doing whatever else you want to do with it)
