Honorable mentions go to “Shadowman 9: In the Cradle of Destiny”, “The Doctor Is Sin” “Orb”, and “The Family that Slays Together, Stays Together (Part 1 and 2)” but it feels like a cop-out if I just keep picking season openers and closers. This is a very strong season.

Season 4, Episode 16 - Operation: P.R.O.M.
I know I said I wouldn’t keep relying on season openers and closers but this is possibly my favorite episode of the whole series. The entire ending sequence to Pulp’s “Like a Friend” is a cinematic masterpiece in my eyes.

I know so many weird details about these dudes because over half their commentary is off-topic rambling and I love it. It’s just comforting to put them on in the background and listen to them talk about the Astrobase and random stuff.
