first of all, let’s talk about how she was the spokesperson in almost every public appearence they made in their rookie days
she’s always the one to represent the group infront of press, accepting gifts and awards for blackpink

she also encoureges them to speak during award shows when the girls feel nervous about it
or takes the lead when they feel too emotional to give any speeches
saving their asses if you will
she always tries to take care and comfort each and every one of them, puts her members before herself every chance she gets
before any of you start the jisoo m0ther agenda, jisoo is a very caring and responsible person towards her members. which is one of the many reasons for her being leader material

aside from all of this, jisoo is very hard-working person and always puts her all in every performance, training or rehearsal for this group. she has enough experience to lead blackpink on- and off stage
she’s known for being the mood maker but she also has a strong and decisive personality that her members can always rely on.. you could say she’s glue of the group which is also a leadership skill
