10 Zimbabwean Destinations On My Bucket List

I am so excited that travel is opening up and look forward to being on the road again. While we were locked down, here's a few places in Zimbabwe that ignited my wanderlust and had me dreaming. new dreams.

1/10 Binga - I have had a crush on this destination forever but our first date has been elusive. The rich BaTonga culture curated at the local museum, the beach, a lakeside holiday and house boating on the stunning Lake Kariba!

2. And how could I ever talk about Kariba or Zimbabwe without this stunning destination set on the rolling hills that overlooks Kariba. If you are looking to break bank for that once in a lifetime adventure like a honeymoon, I think Bumi Hills is the ultimate experience!

3/10 Bushman Rocks

This wine estate and beautiful safari experience steeped in the artistic history of our San ancestors makes for a perfect day trip or weekend getaway from Harare. Just 40km away, towards Marondera, adventure awaits!

4/10 Honde Valley

When I imagine myself on the Mutarazi Skywalk, my heart pops out of my chest! Behold a dazzling panorama awaits. Rafting, kayaking, tea estates & hiking trails trails make this paradise the beautiful the adventure capital of the East.

5/10 Matobo Hills

Zimbabwe's largest UNESCO world heritage site and arguably it's most impressive. It's geological splendour, iconic history, rich cultural charm and rare wildlife experience as well as it's affordability and accessibility make it a must visit!!!
