"When we look at the pandemic, those counties that have been most affected by number of cases, have often been most affected by the number of deaths in care homes. We are learning, but we still know very little."

"For me, one of the impacts [on #dementia design] is the danger that we might start to privilege design again to meet clinical needs rather than an individual's spiritual needs."
