Parents Helpline: 0808 802 5544. This number is available Monday to Friday 9:30am until 4pm
For urgent help, they have a special free Crisis Messnger service, available 24/7. Text YM to 85258 to reach out to a trained volunteer.
There are many other organisations who are on hand in times of crisis. Remember to also keep talking to the ones you love and cherish, and be there for them too. It's always best to get things off of your chest.
