School buildings are not safe enough to open but DOE bosses are on the alert to make sure @NYCSchools educators are still traveling across the city to report for their first week of remote learning classes. Does your school leader represent your school community or the DOE?

Does your school leader follow the legal memos from the city or do they follow what’s right and wrong? It’s time we asked all principals the question Woody Guthrie one sang: “which side are you on?”

The @UFT - DOE deal creates a low bar for the city to meet in terms of health and safety and yet it STILL is not meeting these standards and we are STILL traversing the boroughs to our jobs to virtually educate the children out of our city...

... because UFT President Michael Mulgrew claims we are his “eyes and ears” to spy on the DOE. Maybe we should also turn to Mr. Mulgrew and say: “which side are you on?” #WeWontDieForTheDOE #returntoschool2020
