". it's the constant infantalisation of non-english speaking people of colour in the industry. it's the lack of general respect for people of colour that goes beyond this app. +


it's the blatant misogyny towards young girls whenever they show an interest in anything. it's the stigmatisation of boygroups furthered by the image constructed by the west as calculated, cookie cutter robots churned out by entertainment companies.
it's the wilful ignorance of people when it comes to giving them a chance bc of language and/or said boyband image. it's the normalisation of racism against asians, so much so that people are still able to keep their jobs even after saying heinous things.
if you are concerned about the "image" of a fandom, you are doing both armys and bts a disservice because they have always voiced their opinions on issues of injustice and mistreatment in the west. only thing now is, they're finally being louder about it now.
