so @fitbit 's recent update failed and a factory reset broke my versa. its been a little over a year since i purchased it, so now its just ewaste. or paperweight.

#fitbit firmware update did not go through. forums said factory reset and then try. factory reset broke the watch.

i too work in support, but i must say this was some jump to a case closure
