my mom was like “can you please remake it? i asked for no cheese and you melted the cheese on so i can’t take it off” and the lady goes “it costs money to make ur burger so no.” then my mom asked for her money back and the lady refused n said “that’s how u people always act.”
i feel bad exposing them bc that’s someone source of income but at the same time wtf??
they apologized
they also sent me a message saying that they are going to retrain their staff
