Love yourself so that who ever comes in your life can love you with you, then you can reciprocate the energy.
By doing that we minimize attachments and getting extremely wounded when they leave because all you’ll do is learn from whatever principle & you continue pouring yourself with love you did before.
NEVER STOP DATING YOURSELF even when someone comes with romantic intentions. Our issue is letting go self-love and giving them all the power to fill your heart when it’s initially supposed to be filled with self-love FIRST that’s why when they decide to leave we HURT THIS MUCH!
