(1) @IndiGo6E PNR:FGKUFC-6E 847/139 19Sep; had requested at checkin to kindly take care of my highly fragile tagged baggage no.0312586066 with computer items not to mishandle while carrying to flight. They assured it would be loaded manually! Upon arrival I find my bag being-
(2) delivered at the conveyor belt without any protection and the baggage had serious dents.. bringing it home I found my monitor which was covered with 4 layers of bubble wrap has experienced total damage due to extreme mishandling and as it's my office computer it will hamper-
(3) my job and salary immensely for damaging office property! Why should I have to bear this loss @IndiGo6E can you tell me? Is there not a better way to carry passenger baggages other than throwing them like garbage which is the result of my huge loss? I need full payment back-
(4) for the loss incurred and this is serious! I cannot lose my job because you wouldn't stop mishandling with passenger properties. The way your people board passenger baggage in and out of the flight is unbearable to watch while we board the flight. I hope you understand how-
(5) serious this issue is and please try making your service an experience I would always keep continuing. As I have been for last 6 years. Please provide me the damage amount back. Its a Dell E2016H monitor LED screen fully damaged. Thank you. Adhikshit
