KICKING ASS WHILE CHAINED UP IN BULKY PLATINUM CHAINS and may i also add that her movement was greatly hindered and she had to be hunched over like the entire time (rip her back). so ofc she doesn't win this fight and she needed help but she was capable of a lot (2/5)
and then we move onto the final episode with zaheer's (admittedly really stupid but horrifying) plan. going off of the assumption that they used one litre of mercury on korra: that equates to ~30 POUNDS (~13.5kg). the extra weight of the poison PLUS the shackles (3/5)
around her wrists and ankles AND the chain wrapped around her forearm? that is AT LEAST 50-65 extra pounds shes carrying during the finale. AND it's only her since she doesn't have connection to her past lives. ITS HER AND HER RAW STRENGTH (4/5)
YALL CANT SLEEP ON HER IM BEGGING. i'm overanalyzing this? yes, probably. but!!! people need to appreciate her strength and what she's capable of doing with all the odds against her!!
