That Reliable Internet Access be a Right or a Law: A Necessary Thread

DISCLAIMER: This is only an assignment but I feel like it is relevant for everyone (soooo ayun lang hehe don't mind the hashtag anymore)

In this time of a pandemic, everything is online, whether it be browsing thru our news feed on Facebook, our timeline on twitter, or even keeping up with the news on other platforms.

But one particular use now of the internet, is thru the implementation of online classes.
Since the start of online classes, everyone (including teachers, from public to private) are trying to adjust to this "new normal". The only problem is, not everyone has the advantage to accessing reliable or rather stable internet.
This is evident through what the people post on social media nowadays regarding online classes, may it be concerning teachers giving low remarks to the students upon late submission, or even attendance, considering the struggles of disconnecting and reconnecting.
Submissions, whether it be thru trying to reconnect to the internet or even submitting it before the deadline (kind of like "beating the clock" in more simple terms) which becomes more of a difficulty, especially for students like me.
Attendance, whether it be asynchronous or synchronous, is definitely another difficulty due to, again, internet connection.

For example, not being able to see the given tasks in a day (most likely asynchronous) or being disconnected from a session (most likely synchronous)
For sure there are many more concerns so I will not prolong this thread that much, but the main point of this thread is simply making "Access to Reliable Internet" a right or a law because of the following reasons:
