My face when I saw the requirements of a fellowship in #HealthPolicy:
- GRE/GMAT (No waived for 2020)
- TOEFL/IETLS (Taken in the last two years, if English is not your native language. **Note: Having a MS/MBA/pHD or other training in English doesn& #39;t satisfy this requirement**)

Why the TOEFL/IETLS?
It is exclusionary!
You are telling me that after doing a MS and a full residency in the U.S., becoming board certified in #PreventiveMedicine, and authoring over 20 peer-reviewed papers, I still need to prove to you that I know how to speak English?!!

and 3 Letters of Recommendation --> I know why we ask for LoRs... but... Do you have any idea how many LoRs i have asked for this year alone!!!!!
