This is the Guardian's obituary of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. It says RBG was brought up Jewish but "abandoned her religion." That is something you'd write if – I'm being kind here – you don't know anything about Jews and also don't know anything about how to search on google dot com.
It's repeated in the obit: "Clinton was anxious to make the supreme court more diverse, so Ginsburg’s Jewish religion, which she had given up 46 years earlier, may have counted for more than a lifetime of commitment to women’s equality before the law." https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/sep/19/ruth-bader-ginsburg-obituary?utm_term=Autofeed&CMP=twt_gu&utm_medium&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1600481709
If you're still reading this thread and would like to learn more, you can read this speech by RBG, z"l, in 2004. I am providing you with a link to the Supreme Court website as well as a screenshot below of some key sentences. Have a nice evening. https://www.supremecourt.gov/publicinfo/speeches/viewspeech/sp_04-22-04
If you're still reading this thread and would like to know some really basic things about Jews, I've written some simple sentences on Instagram that are a good starting point. https://www.instagram.com/p/CE-D3hAll4F/
