De La Salle University International Studies Professor Renato De Castro: EU threat to remove PH tarriff perks a bluff. I'm not saying the concerns are not valid. They are. But the European Parliament is not the legislative body of the EU. That would be the European Commission.

#ANCMattersOfFact De Castro: If it were the Council of Europe or the European Commission that had expressed concerns about the human rights situation in PH, then that's when we should have sleepless nights.
