This theme park is called "Tales of Tal'dorei" and is based on Campaign 1. It's set a few years after the events of the campaign. There are 4 main locations: Emon, Whitestone, Marquet, and Vasselheim that each have their own attractions based on different characters and stories.

The main gate! Travel through Emon's main gate and enter the world with the stunning, bustling city that is the "City of Fellowship"!

Scanlan's brought some fun to the streets with his spell Bigby's Hand! Jump into one of his giant hands and let Scanlan work his magic as the hands spin backwards and forwards while flying around!

This is based on a ride called a "Unicoaster". While the ride vehicle is in motion the rider is able to control their individual vehicle to spin forward or backward.
