The seven stages of heartbreak I experienced as a namjoon bias, since I joined this fandom in 2017.

A thread.
1. When I first found out, that "Reflection" was the least streamed solo song on Wings by a huge margin. It's the second least streamed song on the whole album, only surpassing "Interlude: Wings" by about 3M streams.
2. When the "mono." mixtape released and everyone was telling me "just focus on spotify!" "Youtube isn't important", when I was trying to motivate people to stream the YouTube MVs as well, while I was streaming hard on Spotify. All three MVs released are yet to surpass 22M views.
3. When "Trivia: Love" quickly became the least streamed song on "Love Yourself: Answer". Currently trailing behind "Outro: Her" at about 7M streams.
4. When people were telling me "we don't have break our own record for the teaser to prove anything" "we already did great" "the streams are lower, because it wasn't released on a sunday" about the Persona MV, before the 24h mark had even passed.
5. When "Intro: Persona" became the least streamed song on "MOTS: Persona", not by a little, but by a large amount. Currently behind about 20M streams to "Jamais Vu"
6. When the namgi subunit "Respect" became the least streamed song on "MOTS: 7", trailing about 7M streams behind "Interlude: Shadow" (which also deserves more).
7. When we were trying to get 70M views for Persona MV before namjoon's birthday and I saw tweets about namjoon's physique getting more likes in 24hours, than we could gather views in the same amount of time. All while asking people for a little help with streaming Persona MV.
Before ppl ask me why I know all these numbers. Numbers do matter we say it all the time, I follow chart accounts we care about numbers. They also confront me with the streaming numbers of songs and I can't avoid seeing, that joonie's numbers are low.
I am not a solo stan, I support every release. Every collab, that stands in connection to bangtan. I stream hard for every comeback, I was awake 24hours for both ON and Dynamite, streaming.
I just want to be able to point these things out and work on them as a fandom, without being called a solo stan. I don't even need joon's streams to be higher than any other member's. I just want them to be comparable. That's all I'm asking, not more.
I just want joon to know, that his solo work is appreciated as much as his work in BTS. He said, he will still make music, even if only one person listens. I know that. But we could still try to show his solo work even a little bit more love, can't we? 💔
I hope my oomfs do not take this the wrong way and unfollow me. If you wanna ask questions, please do. I'm open to answer all of them. I just don't want to censor myself on this account any longer. I want to be able to speak my mind, instead of holding back in fear of judgment.
Adding on, because I know some joon solo stans will probably see this. Appreciating and asking for support for joon's music is in no way wrong. But if you've ever put down another member's release or curse out armys on the regular, we are not friends and I don't want you here.
I'm tired of solo stans getting in the way of leading this conversation in a civil way and actually starting a discourse within army about this. Your "fake OT7" "OT6" narratives are not helping anyone out, especially joon.
And if you are a OT7 joon bias and have been generally aggressive towards the fandom, because of this, I ask you to read this Screenshot. That kind of behavior only boxes us in with solo stans and makes people less inclined to listen to us.
So next time when you wanna vent aggressively, try to think, if that really does anything for joon at all. Make people listen to your points, don't make them run off, by calling everyone OT6, when they don't immediately agree with you.
